This is just to let you know that my 2 items arrived safely today. Many thanks for your swift despatch.

I also want to say how impressed I was with the layout of your website and the way in which you dealt with my order - it was a pleasure to do business with you.

My 88 year old mum has already used the Pain gone pen to ease her arthritic knees and has been amazed at the relief brought about by this simple to use gadget. If all goes well over the next few days then it's very likely I will be ordering another one so that she always has one either upstairs or downstairs.

I will definitely be recommending this product and will be happy to point them in the direction of your website.
